Terms of Service

Shippii GmbH (Steuernummer - 15 296 01826 - Ust.ID - DE290505251) Shipping service and Brand: CROBO  (“CROBO”) brokers parcel shipping options to private individuals seeking to transport goods for personal use/consumption within the European Union. We offer a shipping label from reputable logistic carriers such as DHL, UPS or PostNord, which may be provided back to the party selling the goods (e.g. online shop) to transport an order on an individual customer’s behalf (European Private Import).

To receive a quote for a transport option, please visit our booking page to submit your request incl. relevant details about order location, weight, volume and destination. You accept a shipment quote and enter into a contract with CROBO upon payment.


All quotes will be provided in € (Euro), inclusive of 19% German VAT. Prices are subject to change.


Available methods of payment are Paypal and Credit Card, securely processed by our PCI certified processing gateway Stripe, supporting all credit and debit cards from American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa.

Correctness of Data, Youth Protection, Personal Use Limits

CROBO only sells shipping services to customers over the age of 18, which customers confirm by agreeing to our terms prior to checkout. If a customer transports products falling under the German “Jugendschutzgesetz” (youth protection act), such as alcohol or tobacco, logistics carriers may reserve the right to carry out age checks upon delivery of goods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to transport goods only for personal use and consumption, and within the use limits defined by the European Union.

If a shipment was booked under false facts and/or without the approval of authorised representatives, CROBO revokes the contract as a precautionary measure in accordance with § 111 BGB (German Civil Code).

Delivery, Lead Times, Shipment Tracking

Following the purchase of a shipping service, the Terms & Conditions of the selected carrier apply. CROBO will inform the customer once a transport has started, and will further provide tracking updates for every shipment. Lead times depend on the shipping services selected.

Transport Insurance, Damages in Transport, Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured by the logistics carrier (insurance limits subject to carrier and service selected). In case of transport damages or lost shipments, please email the relevant details incl. order references to contact@crobo.eu. CROBO will help to facilitate a resolution between the selling partner and logistics carrier.

Failed Delivery, Cost of Returns

If a shipment is returned to the sender, due to address errors by the customer, or a collection shipment is not picked up within 7 days of arrival, any returns processing charges may be passed on to the customer.

Cancellation of Contract

You can cancel a shipping service free of charge prior to dispatch (first scan of shipping label) by emailing to contact@crobo.eu. Once transport has begun, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Dispute Settlement

Online dispute resolution under Article 14 (1) of the ODR: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement (OS), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
